Concave AGRI proudly participated in the regional workshop From Planning to Practice: Advancing Climate Resilience in Pakistan, held on 22–23 July 2025 at the Marriott Hotel, Islamabad. Organized by the Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC) under the Climate Adaptation Resilience Empowerment (CARE) Program for South Asia project with support from the The World Bank Group, the two-day event marked the close of a five-year effort to support climate adaptation and resilience across South Asia.
Representing Concave AGRI, our President Muhammad Ali Iqbal and Chief Commercial Officer Dr. Fuad Khan attended the workshop. Dr. Fuad joined as a panelist and shared focused insights on using agri-tech, climate-friendly solutions, and strong planning models to support farming systems in Pakistan. Their presence underscored the important role of the private sector in driving practical and scalable responses to climate risks.
The workshop brought together senior voices from government ministries, United Nations agencies, donor groups, research bodies, media, and civil society. Discussions covered policy tools, local planning models, climate finance, and innovations backed by the iCARE Innovation Fund.
This event not only recognized the work done under the CARE project but also helped shape future partnerships, shared learning, and long-term impact beyond the project timeline.
